Direction of Use & Dosage:
- Use twice daily. Place the product directly under the tongue for at least 1 minute, then swallow. You can add to your food or beverage of choice.
- If the oil is hard to dispense, simply place the container into warm water or wrap in a warm towel until it reaches the desired consistency.
- The recommended daily dose is 1-2 clicks by CBD applicator (25-50 mg CBD).
