Direction of Use & Dosage:
- Direct under your tongue and depress the pump fully each time to achieve consistent results. Hold the oil under your tongue for 1-2 minutes. Allow the oil to absorb fully before swallowing.
- 1200mg: Use up to four times per day.
- 2400mg: Use once or twice per day.
- 4800mg: Use once per day.
- The FSA recommend no more than 70mg CBD in a 24 hour period. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
