Direction of Use & Dosage:
- To take CBD oil, use the dropper and place 3-6 drops under your tongue. Hold it there for around 90 seconds before swallowing.
- On average, it takes around an hour for the CBD to be absorbed into the bloodstream and for you to feel the effects.
- The FSA recommend no more than 70mg CBD in a 24 hour period. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

- Do not refrigerate. Store away from excessive heat, light and humidity.
